What a fabulous yr12 formal shopping experience. My daughter wanted pink and Jasmine picked all the dresses. Even different colour/styles that came in pink just for her to try. So patient and attentive to what my daughter wanted and how she wanted to look. Princess Collection are the bridal store you didn’t know existed but will be so happy you found. The store is clean and classy in decor. The stock is beautiful, with the bridal collection being from the various labels under the Pronovias Group - and they also stock formal dresses perfect for bridesmaids. The staff are so friendly and supportive - to the point I turned up just before 4pm on a Saturday (closing time) and they stayed for another 40 minutes after this so I could retry a dress. Princess Collection was amazing! The staff were so kind and welcoming, and Vic in particular was so supportive and celebratory. A genuinely inclusive and body-positive store which was so refreshing. They had a great selection of plus-size dresses in-store to try on, which made the process so much easier and more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dress.
Victoria, Hannah, and Jasmine were absolutely wonderful in helping me find the perfect dress for my daughter’s wedding. They made me feel welcome the moment I walked in and were so kind, honest, and attentive throughout the whole process.
