Terrible customer service. I simply called to ask a question, and the Spanish-speaking lady hung up on me. When I called back, she said, “No English.” I told her she could have just said that instead of hanging up. The customer service is truly awful—you can’t even call to ask a simple question without someone having an attitude. If you don’t like your job, just quit instead of being rude to customers.
The owner of this store LEE was very racist towards me and my family. It showed us he didn't want our business being an African American family and we left immediately. I would not recommend this store to anyone
Came to buy my daughter’s quinceañera dress. We had it measured exactly to her size. The dress arrived a MONTH LATE. When we arrived to pick it up the dress didn’t fit the way it should. She explained it was because the dress we ordered was on back order but she ordered the same dress and would have it altered to my daughter’s size. She expected us to pay for the alternation but we refused so she said she would cover it. The alterations took twice the amount she said it would take.
