The sales lady was so rude in the first couple minutes we (3 of us) got there, that we ended up leaving. They were extremely overpriced for their subpar inventory.

Esmeralda was great in person but definitely switches up on prices. My daughter found her prom dress cheaper straight from the vendor and when going back to ask for alterations was not honest and wanted to overcharge again. Taking advantage and overpricing. First and last time going to princess boutique. I would not recommend it especially for a parent that rarely does bad reviews. I had to leave one here.

I got a prom dress here a few years ago and went back to get a bridesmaid dress. Both times I had a wonderful experience and the dresses were amazing. Highly reccomend! Gorgeous dresses.

We were looking and looking for a sweet 16 dress for our niece and had just about given up, when thankfully we discovered Princess Boutique! 100s of beautiful dresses, shoes, crowns, necklaces! We ended up purchasing a dress from there and it was beautiful! The lady that helped us was kind and patient amd listened. She did the alterations perfectly and even helped us understand the proper way to tie up the back to sinch it. It was a great experience and I highly reccomend them for a young womans dream dress or even a wedding... read more
