Terrible service! Went to the south location to find chicken coop and they didnt have it at that location and they were helpful to look up that the north location had 3 in stock. Called the north location and asked, the lady without even looking and without hesitation said they didnt have any at all, completely out. Proceeded to tell them that the south location confirmed Thames in fact did have some and there was actually 3 in stock. Very great customer satisfaction.
Should not be advertising that they have insect repellent when they only have these tiny inserts for devices that aren’t even in the shelf with them. Just wanted to grab a quick can of mosquito spray. Thankfully the coop gas station next door had some. Didn’t completely waste my time.
Please get more employees on counter only 2 of them are working out of 10
