Customer service and the ability to return damaged (or unused) items is beyond compare here; which is exactly the way it should be. In addition to that, staff assistance throughout the store is usually not difficult to find. 👍

Called tonight Feb 10 around 5:20pm to ask to put an item on hold for me. This question alone was responded to with a snarky okayyyyy?? Then they asked if I had a sku I said no, I provided the product name and cost but the lady responded with “well i kinda need the sku number” in a very snarky tone. I used to work retail and I was so shocked by the customer service at that point I just hung up and didn’t even bother. Yes I could find the sku in 2 minutes by looking it up on my phone but so could they have. I have never left ... read more
