Worst customer service ever, waited patiently for Chantelle to finish her conversation with another employee just to have her make us feel like we are a burden to ask for assistance with where we could find brake pads. With a what is it instead of a how can we help you, also making us feel like we were wasting her time. We left 100% unsatisfied and with no brake pads.

The folks at this Princess Auto are awesome. We got some of what we needed for our RV repairs and help in locating where to find the rest of what we needed that was more specialized. It was too late in the evening to stop at an RV repair place, but we came away with a reasonable temporary fix. We dealt with 4 different staff members at this location and ALL were helpful, friendly, polite and did everything they could to help us.
