The folks at this Princess Auto are awesome. We got some of what we needed for our RV repairs and help in locating where to find the rest of what we needed that was more specialized. It was too late in the evening to stop at an RV repair place, but we came away with a reasonable temporary fix. We dealt with 4 different staff members at this location and ALL were helpful, friendly, polite and did everything they could to help us. Very disappointed! I walked in with a mower tire and asked for help getting a new one put on the same rim. They don’t do that, which is fine, but when I asked for help getting a new one… no help was given! I finally found an employee close to the tire wall and he acted like it was such a hard job helping me! He then handed me the tire (so now I have two in my hands) and didn’t even offer to help carry them to the front! I asked if he could dispose of our old one as I can barely carry both, he said no!
