Bought a product on June 14 for $62.99. Shared my cell number with the billing staff. Unfortunately the product doesn’t works me, went to return it another store. Here I got only $41.99 because I don’t have the proof of purchase. Moreover the staff didn’t add my cell numbers even I had shared it while we bought. Poor customer service from the Redeer store. Will never go there again. LOST 21 CAD due to careless attitude from the staff.
Princessauto has been really dwindling service wise. this place is absolutely terrible to find help. like 3 people working for like 50 people in the store. i have been ignored. not helped. the only person in the store who actually seems to care is the hydraulic hose guy. if your looking for something specific and cant find it on your own good luck. there is stuff all over the place. saw blades in the plumbing aisle. drill bits in the welding section its crazy. One employee told me all the battery lug makers were stolen. end ... read more
