Person asked for help was not interested at all. I felt like an inconvenience. Very poor service.
Totally disgusted. Rude, unhelpful staff. My wife and I came in looking for an obscure automotive tool. The website said they had 6 in stock in aisle 31 on the right side. We couldnt find it. I asked an older female employee in the aisle. She glared at me, said she was busy and never returned. My wife asked at the front desk, and was told it was in stock, but if she couldn't find it, they wouldn't be able to find it either. We eventually found it, but decided to order it on Amazon instead for half the price. We'd rather wait... read more

Usually great customer service. Unfortunately I encountered a lady that wasn't following the company norm. Amazon rarely provides rude service.
