I called on Sunday September 13th, it was about 4:48 p.m. a lady answered and I ask her if she remembered my friend that was just in there and had bought a shackle strap kit. She says to me we're closed. I said no it's 10 minutes before 5:00 you don't close for another 10 minutes and she said to me oh yeah sorry, and so I asked her if I could buy two more of those shackle strap kits over the phone with my credit card and she cut me off and said no we don't do that I can't help you. Lee, floor manager was excellent. He straightened out an issue professionally and quickly. My opinion is that an employee like him is very valuable. Sorry to say that another employee was the complete opposite and caused a very unnecessary problem that Lee had to correct. I was very perplexed why this problem employee treated us badly and this was just a waste of time and energy. Fire him and keep Lee.
Prices just keep climbing, but at least I dont have to give my Canuckistan Kopeks to Canadian Tire. 5 stars for staff and return policy.
