Bought a toolbox and refused to sell me a new one, instead I got a dented floor model
No sale is final until I'm happy. Well not exactly. Called the store about a powerfist tool whoch broke on the first use. They said no receipt no problem you can get a refund... well not so much. No receipt no refund turns out. Where else would i have bought powerfist. I'm done with it. Left the tool there and walked out. No powerfist for me anymore. Whatappened ? This was such a clean and organized store. Now it's plugged with product and not enough staff. 30 mins to buy one item.... Store needs to blow out product to make ... read more
