Wonderful service here their Warranty and customer service is the best. Staff are very helpful. The items are very decently priced, I’m a regular customer here and highly recommend it

Friendly staff
Went to the portage ave location looking for a specialty tool I needed (PA being the best place to find specialty tools at a decent price) and after a few minutes of trying to find it myself, a gentleman by the name of Emil noticed my struggling to be self sufficient and offered his help. Once I told him what I was looking for, he knew exactly where to find it and I was on my way. Thanks to Emil I saved myself who knows how much time and effort looking around the store. Thank you Emil.
