today i tried to get warranty on a 3/8 flex head ratchet. No such luck. First i was told there no warranty on tools. I was told in the past by princess auto staff there is lifetime warranty on hand tools. Then i was told i needed my receipt. I was told in the past that all my purchases are under my phone number and i do not need the sales receipt. Third i was told that the best they could do was give me a 13.00 dollar credit.
