What were they thinking? Whoever decided on this location should be fired. This footprint is way too small for the amount of merchandise that's on the floor. The aisles are too narrow, the stock is piled up high, and it's impossible to find anything. It's an extremely claustrophobic shopping experience that makes you want to leave the store, as soon as you walk in. If you want a completely opposite shopping experience, go to the Mississauga location.
Do not waste your time Customer service SUCCKSS they NEVER have anything I need in stock , if it's on sale and says they have 15 in stock odds are you get here and there's none on the shelves I feel like they hide their inventory when things are on sale and don't honor sale prices ... stick to anywhere else but here I will never come back here that's forsure
I order online to avoid going to this store but had to go in because the items were heavy and shipping was expensive. In fairness their was some good staff at this location but most have left. Some miserable employees at this location , its like you are inconveniencing them by asking for help to locate items. The days of brick and mortar stores are coming to an end in part because of poor customer service. You are making your positions obsolete people.
