Cool place first time there wow lots of stuff.
I had a disappointing experience at Princess Auto with Preet. I asked for assistance finding an item, but instead of helping me, she was talking on the personal phone while I was waiting for assistance. I understand that staff can be busy, but I expected better customer service and attention when asking for help. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that customers receive more attentive service in the future.
I visited the Bolton location today to do some shopping and make a return. I started with the return, but unfortunately, I didn't have my receipt. Tina, the staff member who assisted me, was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me out. Such fantastic customer service!
