Terrible customer service. Looking for a product that was in the flyer that was available as of yesterday. Told was in the warehouse and maybe try back in a couple days. I guess they assume everyone lives close by and has nothing better to do.
Great store, impressive variety of items and kind customer service. I bought a lamp on line this past Sunday before noon and the order was ready to pick up in less than 2 hours. The process was flawless from start to finish. It took me less than 10 minutes to get it at the store.
I asked a staff member for help. Scoffed at me and said he was busy. I was very shocked at this and immediately walked out. Weird that the employees are able to treat customers like garbage.
One of my personal favorites.. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
