Friendly and helpful staff. Love the store and merchandise setup.
Princess auto was once my go to store. But after my experience yesterday I can no longer say that. I pre-purchase a large tractor implement online and headed to the store the pick up once I received the "ready for pickup" notification. Before heading over I verified the package dimensions and weight that it would fit in my car. Got to the store and headed to the customer service desk around 545PM. Desk worker got my name and what I had ordered then paged the warehouse 10 mins go by with nothing, paged warehouse again and 10 ... read more
