⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Always a good experience at Princess Auto in Windsor. They have a great selection of tools, automotive supplies, trailer parts, and equipment at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I usually find what I need. It’s one of my go-to places when I need tools or supplies for a project. Definitely recommend checking them out!
If I could give this store zero out of 10, I absolutely would. I just walked out of the store, and although I did eventually find what I needed, the customer service was so rude and disappointing that I honestly regret going in. The first employee I approached for help was an older woman wearing a light-gray Princess Auto uniform.
