Useless staff. They won't get up from their chairs to show you where the item your looking for is. If they are unsure if that have something or not they will just tell you they don't have it and move on. Zero effort lazy customer service. Very disappointing.
I had a wonderful experience at Princess Auto today. I had a grinder that wasn't functioning properly. The cashier, Connie, was great to work with. She made it so easy to exchange it for a new one, it only took a few minutes. She looked after everything and there were no hassles like some other stores. Thanks very much Connie!
