Had a broken ratchet No one was willing to help me to find a replacement after talking to the staff multiple times I was told the ratchet was discontinued. There’s nothing they can do. I will not be buying hand tools here anymore Canadian Tire will be getting all my business. I will be spreading the word
One of my favorite stores especially if my wife isn't with me I could spend hours in there walking the aisles always have great sales and awesome prices year round. Staff is great will go above and beyond. The hydraulic counter guy is awesome get all your lines made NO CHARGE just pay for parts thats krazy. They have pretty much everything a guy needs or wants in a candy store 🤪
I had a very disappointing experience at Princess Auto in Windsor. The staff behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to understand my concern or help resolve the issue, they were dismissive and unwilling to discuss or settle anything properly.
