Usually the experience and services are great at this location however We had a very disappointing experience at the return desk The staff member Golda was highly unprofessional and rude we expect much better customer service from Princess Auto and hope management addresses this
Great advice and availability in parts
I visited this location at opening time to purchase a sale item that was listed as available, but was told it was not in stock. I was then directed to another nearby location, where I was also informed the item was unavailable. After visiting multiple stores, I wasn’t able to purchase the item, and the availability information between locations did not match. This resulted in a frustrating experience after taking the time to travel. Clearer communication regarding item availability would have helped set expectations.
