The Mississauga store is the worst run you can never find the right pricing on any of their merchandise and a lot of the merchandise has no pricing so you're trying to find somebody in order to get a price it is very annoying I would buy more products if I had seen the prices but I walked out of there without buying anything even though there might be some good deals
One star — only because zero stars isn’t an option. Very disappointing experience at Princess Auto. The shelf pricing was misleading, and the actual price was only revealed at checkout. Instead of resolving the issue, staff made me go back to the aisle twice to photograph the price tags, then told me it was basically my problem. Customers should not have to investigate or prove a store’s own pricing. Very poor customer service.
I have been shopping at Princess Auto for most of my life and have always loved the store. Unfortunately, it only takes one bad customer-service experience to change the way you feel about a company. Recently, I went to return a jack that I had purchased from Princess Auto just over a year ago after it broke. I was directed to an employee in the hydraulics section.
