Call before you go in to purchase at least for the London ON store. Checked their website before making the long drive and it said they had two of the fans I wanted in stock. There were zero in stock even though the website still said two when the staff checked when I got there. Staff was quite polite and apologetic so is why I gave a 2 star instead of a one star review.
Longtime Princess Auto customer, until recently. Made purchase at another location and realized immediately a problem when home. No big deal or so I thought. Mind you the problem product was only $5. I returned next day to the London South Princess Auto with receipt in hand. I was told go get another. I did. When back to the customer service desk a "so called" front end manager made the entire problem mine and initially refused any resolution.
