I have been a customer for many years, I am a DIY'er and PA often has what I need for a pretty good price. There are a lot of reason to shop there but I will avoid this retailer going forward, their customer service/loyalty to customers just leaves too much to be desired. I was treated very poorly buy an employee when I went to pick up an item I previously paid for, she started a fight with me then refused to serve me on the grounds that I (calmly and politely) questioned one of her actions. Call before you go in to purchase at least for the London ON store. Checked their website before making the long drive and it said they had two of the fans I wanted in stock. There were zero in stock even though the website still said two when the staff checked when I got there. Staff was quite polite and apologetic so is why I gave a 2 star instead of a one star review.
