Disappointed with my visit to Princess Auto. The store is very large and I couldn’t find my item. When I asked two staff members for help, one didn’t know and the other told me to find it myself. Poor customer service and unprofessional behavior.
My favorite shop for tools, accessories, and supplies. Staffs are friendly and helpful when needed.
I have an extremely hard time getting some bolts off my taillight to replace the bulb not only did i get help with finding tools when I ended up buying the wrong things 2 amazing employees sadly i forgot to ask there names came out with there own tools to help me and also helped me replace the full bulb it's self when they didn't have too, now that's some great 1. Unfortunately I have to change my previous review for this location. Today (Saturday November 8),the staff there was more concerned with chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. Once I was able to gain their attention and ask a question, the response was pretty much 'that's not my job'. Granted, my question was about a low value item, but I had also intended to pick up a fairly high ticket item while I was there.
