Worst experience ever. I went to buy an emblem for my car. I asked gurminder (Indian woman) one of the team members, the had a very aggressive voice and attitude she didn’t wanted to assist me. She didn’t knew anything about the product, I tried to describe her it’s a car emblem but she had a aggressive tone and she said so what is it, why you need it, and refused to assist me and she moved to other end of store. I go to princess auto a good amount but my first time at the Langley location. I may have just caught some people on a bad day but the few people I asked for help seemed like they just wanted me gone and didn't want to offer much help. There was one employee who looked very helpful with other customers but they were busy so I didn't get a chance to ask them for help
I feel like princess auto is kinda akin to Harbor Freight in the states. They have cheap tools which is pretty nice. Honestly they've held up pretty well for the price. Got a Dremel for $20 and its held up super well. Literally 100 times better than the crap sold elsewhere. My only complaint is that I feel like the store layout is sooo confusing. The item I am looking for never is in the aisle I think it would be in. Example I am looking for an automotive tool, is it in the automotive section? Nope on some random other shelf... read more
