Despite having a no hassle return policy, was given a hassle while trying to return a wrench that was defective. Seemed the employee was just being lazy and not wanting to process the return.
Over the last few years Princess Auto has replaced Canadian Tire for me as the go to place for low cost tools that I use infrequently.
The website definitely needs work . In store the staff always comes off like they would rather be doing anything other than dealing with you . I've pretty much stopped shopping here .
