Went in on Sunday looking for a tool that was showing in stock online and after looking for approximately 12 minutes I could not find it. Spent another 8 minutes trying to find anyone that could help and approached an employee stocking shelves. They let me know it would "Most likely be in aisle 35" and I let them know I could not find the item there. All I got was an "oh" and they promptly went back to their task, as if I were rudely interrupting them... Next level useless service. First and last time I step into this store.
Great store, great items, great pricing and superb employees except for one sour grape. If misery was a person, it would look like the blue/purple-haired lady who is always sure to greet you with a very sour face and acts bothered every time you ask for help. She could use a lesson in customer service.
