I agree with some of the reviews. Terrible customer service. I asked to look at a product and the female employee with a blue streak in her hair, made me feel extremely uncomfortable as she made it clear that she had zero time for me as she gave ma a look of disgust. Good prices though. Just expect bad service.
John is a really good store manager here. He followed up immediately when I brought up a concern. Thanks a lot, John. New review in 2024: Princess Auto upholds their customer satisfaction guarantees for generic brands like Powerfist and Pro Point, in contrast to Canadian Tire, which has quietly removed such promises from their substandard generic garbage, the Maximum and Mastercraft lines.
