This is a great place for my car to have broken down. I bought a car battery here and came back the next day to recycle my old one, and my car didn't start when I tried to leave Princess Auto! Ace and Fraser were extremely helpful; Fraser helped me troubleshoot until I could get ahold of a family member with the right skill set. It turned out to be a transmission lockout issue, totally unrelated to the new battery. Customer service is always great here, but yesterday they went above and beyond.

I had just tried to call this location to find out if they had an item in and the lady I had spoken with was very rude and hung up on me all because I asked her if she could check what was on the sales floor. I will definitely NOT be shopping here because of this. Hopefully someone from management can train that lady on how to speak with customers over the phone to get a sale.. this incident lost this company a sale of up to 500$
