Princess auto as a franchise I really like they have a incredible selection for tools and parts but I was very unimpressed by the service from the cashier Doug, he had double scanned a tool and when I had asked him about it he had taken off a cheaper tool instead of the tool in question after trying to show him the issue he had made a fuss about it saying “we’re starting again” in a very disrespectful way as if I was causing a large disturbance to the store. Who doesn't like Princess auto
John provided excellent customer service today. He was patient, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. However, the customer service desk was very slow, with only one person attending to customers. The long wait times need improvement to enhance the overall service experience. One more star wating for batter service of Coustomer service desk.
