Go to this store regularly and have never had a bad experience. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable. If one cant help you they will find another staff member who can. One of the few stores I enjoy going to.
I recently bought two Red Mountain Valley adirondack style chairs that needed to be assembled at home. I have built a lot of kit stuff in my 65 years of life…bbq’s, greenhouses, sheds. But this was the best quality and easiest, sensible build I’ve ever done. Today, my partner visited the store to purchase supplies, and unfortunately, he encountered an inappropriate and disrespectful comment from an older employee. The individual made unsolicited remarks regarding his physical appearance, indirectly calling him ‘fat.’ Such behaviour is completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
