We went this afternoon to get a sump pump. There was no one around to assist us. We asked for help ,they paged and no one came to the desk. Very unpleasant personal working this afternoon. No customer care skills today.
My all time favorite store! They have a little bit of everything, more than just tools 🔧. Very clean store and friendly knowledge staff. I will always shop here.
Amy was amazing. I was there 03/31/26 at 5:37 pm and she was extremely helpful and had great customer service. Please give her a raise/promotion to manager. She understands the customer experience extremely well.
Imagine having all the auto tools and farm stuff you need and not at the same exorbitant prices like crappy tires. Amazing will shop here again and again
