Bought a torx bit set, with life time warranty, one of the bit broke and I went for a warranty exchange, lady was very rude, she said manager wasn’t there at the moment she can’t do the exchange , I will never buy there, warranty and customer service is the worse, I think dollarama have better warranty, a better policy and customer service,
