We had Goku come and play Minecraft games (combination Dragonball Z/Minecraft party). Communication was great. Our concierge was a parent, so she understood the stress of getting a party together and assuaged the worries of the game and character portion. They managed to get a Goku for us (definitely not a common request, and we had a lot of character companies say "not a chance"), which was a pleasant surprise and incredibly exciting for the birthday child.

Not sure I’d want to book a company whose owner talks like this to people online. Very unprofessional. Also apparently owes her performers thousands that it’s become a class action lawsuit.
