Worst experience, i waited there more than 9 hours( till 5 am) and the staff is so unprofessional, they only passing their duty time.

The staff does not provide the services they are getting paid for. Need to be made redundant and refresh this place with people who actually want to work. The people are cruel, not doing their job. I left in pain after 10 hours of wait. They leave you wait without seeing you and eventually you leave. This is what the system is in Harlow A&E. This is exactly what they are aiming for with their long waiting times. They did not provide any care for me. Worst hospital I’ve been too !!!

I had a terrible experience at the emergency room of this hospital. I came in after vomiting and having diarrhea for more than seven hours, I was so weak and pale that I could barely stand. Despite this, they only gave me anti-nausea medication and paracetamol, the same treatment they seemed to give to everyone, no matter what their condition was. Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, Essex is typical of most NHS hospitals. It is serving the needs of a rapidly increasing local population. A&E. Registration is usually very quick, followed by triage which will then flag you in the system accordingly.
