Great hotel, awesome rooms and staff! A especial thank you to Charlie who made our stay even more welcoming, he was super helpful and lovely throughout our time there!
I would say the experience was Ok. Initial welcome by the front desk the two gentlemen was great. They were courteous and friendly. But there is another tow guys who were i guess supervisors or may be managers were really not up to the mark. Their un friendly and talk without “smile” had put me really off. The feeling was so thick on my mind I went again in the evening to expreess my feelings and I told one guy that cant he say with a smile. He outrightly informed me “smiling is not part of my job”. Brilliant location. Rooms are excellent and good value for money. Staff are super helpful and friendly.
Very convenient location for our family Christmas visit. Frontdesk was very helpful for the couple of interactions we had (check-in & check-out related only). 2 bed suite was good for our needs and pretty quiet. Unfortunately we didn't get the view of the graveyard that others complained about - I would have liked that! 👍
