Went into this beautiful building yesterday for a healthcare appointment & I was pleasantly surprised at how I have never heard of this place or building before . In my opinion It honestly gives feels like a mini hospital or a minor injury unit . Giving a clean bright spacious feel upon entering the building, other patients were helpful with assisting me on the correct department as the main building is large and spread over 2 floors . Doctors and Nurses are outstanding. However, receptionists are rude and unhelpful and like to gatekeep and micromanage the surgery to keep you away from seeing or speaking to an actual health professional. Probably best off not wasting your time, register with a different Surgery as you will never get help from this one. Not ideal for the elderly or very poorly.

i was sent an invisitation to the Muscularskeletal meeting in september, but the email address was incorrect, i tried it numerous times but was unable to get the acceptance to go through. why is this e mail address incorrect, i tried it with every item on my phone but it still did not work. such a shame, and very annoying. needless to say trying to get hold of someone actually in your office is impossible for anything. valerie smith

I joined this surgery about a year ago. I cannot fault the staff, GPs or their processes. Kind, sensitive and efficient. Excellent service.

First time today l used the new online triage system, received a text back with a face to face appointment in a weeks time it’s not an urgent issue so I’m happy…. soooo many people moaning on the reviews not quite sure why !!
