First time today l used the new online triage system, received a text back with a face to face appointment in a weeks time it’s not an urgent issue so I’m happy…. soooo many people moaning on the reviews not quite sure why !!

I rang up for a receptionist to complete the online administration form for my daughter, but the woman refused. I thought if you were unable to complete the form they would do it for you, apparently not now. Alternatively, I have to phone up at 8.30am even though it’s not for an appointment form or alternatively I have to write a letter and pop it into the surgery. It’s been improving a lots from last years; online booking systems; phone call appointments it’s good to see getting improvements.

As with all surgeries they have gone over to online triage form. I was told that I didn't put enough information the first time I used the form I suppose it's the same as having to tell the receptionist your personal details. When you do manage to get a face to face appointment, everyone is professional and friendly. We cannot fault the Doctors and the treatment we receive from them. We still have confidence in our practice but are concerned for the future as we get older

Great service by the team although you have to wait. I also go to the chemist next door for advice first. GPS and nursing staff are absolutely brilliant and care about you .
