Waited 18 days and chased 3 times to be emailed on 21 Jan: "I am sorry for the delay in responding, our engineers are very busy with projects at present. So we won’t be able to accommodate any domestic jobs at present" This was after advising us before Christmas that they would get back to us on 3 Jan. Good luck with those big contracts.
