I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Gross. A few days later, during my post-op exam, I asked him why I had what felt like extra fat deposit under my right arm. My sister had a facelift by Dr. Gross and was left with facial nerve damage leaving her unable to close her eye nor smile on the right side of her face.
