Horrible service. They don't pick up the phone and never call back. Probably they don't exist.

Don’t waste your time or your money. This service is a scam. There are no attorneys associated with this organization that will get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. I’ve repeatedly requested a refund and still have not received it. I plan to make formal complaints with the state corporation commission and my bank to ensure I receive a refund.
