It has only been a month since we hired Cesar, but absolutely escalated his skills to be the maintenance person for our entire property. Cesar inspected my property and pointed out every possible issue that needed to be addressed. I think others would have been nonchalant but Cesar’s expertise in the construction trade I believe makes the difference. He explained what the long term and short term effects would be if nothing is done to addressed the issues. I’m glad I contracted him and recommend him and his company.
Cesar is one of the most hard-working and obsessive guys I’ve ever met, and when it comes to diagnosing, fixing, repairing, working hard until the job is done, Cesar is second to none. Cesar will do any job, from decorating, fixing plumbing, electrical, and he will even crawl under the floorboards and fix the foundations if need be. He’s absolutely the most capable and knowledgable guys I’ve ever met. Highly recommended!
This guy knows his profession. Highly skilled in all aspects of the mechanics in a home, condo or building. His ability to observe and translate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural terms into lay mans terms is very advantage. This way the client gets professional advise they can understand. I recommend the Prince Valiant Inspectors for both Buyer's and Seller's. We will continue to use their services.
