It was a great experience and great response to my needs. Customer service was great and kept me informed of everything that was going on with my towing service.
I was traveling to Atlanta from Winter Park Fl. There was heavy rainfall from FL/GA line to Tipton. Had extremely low tire pressure & stopped by Prince Toyota due to the emergency. The business manager & sales associate were still at the dealership. Although it was 7 PM at night & the service bays where closed, they rapidly opened a bay & serviced the bad tire & checked all. Can't ask for any better service from a Toyota dealership. Thank you Michael & Chance very much!!!
