The Prince Telecom installer was professional and took care of my problems. I had worked with Comcast for 6 months, lost days of work meeting comcast for appointments with no progress. Withing 4 hours my problems were solved. I called the Prince Telecom technician one month later to ask about another problem within the house and he was able to walk me through it and solve it. I highly recommend this company.
Comcast Cable sent this contractor to install cable outlets in my home, unknowing they were contractors. They display the name and logo's of Comcast on trucks, invoices, work orders, etc. They sent out a worker who made a mess of the cable, punched more holes than outlets, blew out holes on my hardy plank siding (this is a brand new house, was in less than two weeks when they came) and at the end of the day failed to even hook it up at the box.
