I called to kick off the process of a full renovation of a master bathroom, but was quickly told that this company does not do bathroom renovations unless the renovation is part of a larger multi-room renovation. This is directly at odds with what they advertise on their own website. The woman on the phone didn't even take time to ask me about my budget. Working with the Prince and sons team was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. From the design phase through the actual kitchen renovation I couldn’t have been happier. I really enjoyed having Prince and Sons do my kitchen renovation! They were punctual and always professional! Their subcontractors were punctual and always professional! If they noticed something not right in the existing building or system, they would bring attention to it; clarify their assessment of it and offer to correct it or let you handle it. I was totally happy with my Prince & Sons kitchen and bath renovations. They were so professional and courteous in their interactions with me. The work was exceptional and everything was completed in the quoted timeframe. I would heartily recommend them to anyone considering a home renovation.
