I would give the staff at the front desk and whoever works in the front 4 star! They are friendly, and don’t make you feel judged. I’m just writing the review on behalf of my father, it seems to me, he’s being treated poorly, by this- DR. Brookestone. He expects, for my agoraphobiac father to, come to his appointment without a ride organized for him, from family; but, not everyone in our family in Rupert, has a license at the moment (I, myself, am working on getting one!) . Great staff who work hard to cater to your needs. I have been there for a variety of different services AND for work, so I am always happy to be met by excellent people. They are very kind, and the counseling is fantastic. They also offer flu shots to people if needed!!
