As I was cycling on the road, I got a bug into my eye which could've caused a bike accident but it didn't. I tried EVERYTHING before getting it out - blinking, but didn't work. Then I decided to catch a train to Llanelli and come here. As I was on the train, I bought an overpriced bottle of water for £3 and went to the train toilet to try to get it out. As an old lorry driver a long way from home I would like to say big thank you to the crew on the 0800 shift on 4th November. I was taken to the hospital after a fall at a nearby factory. From the 3 nurses in triage to the radiographer to the doctor who stitched me up you were all so caring and professional . Thank you all. Roger Hood

Although the ward 7 was very busy, with just one exception, all staff I encountered on my overnight stay were friendly, professional, efficient and looked neat and well groomed. All the above made me feel well cared for and confident in their ability. Only thing to improve us the awful cluttered signage which is very difficult to decipher and follow.
