Good care but here was my timeline so you’re prepared. Sunday night: - 7:30 PM arrival - 7:50 PM initial nurse consult - 10:00 PM blood drawn - 12:15 AM name called and quick chat with nurse - 1:30 AM first visit with doctor - 4:45 AM woke up and tracked down doctor, finally got an answer to be able to leave - 5:00 AM discharge Do with that what you will, I’m not that happy as I had to chase them in order to finish.

Had to come through emergency unexpectedly and wanted to say thank you to the doctors and nurses who looked after us. ♥️ It was clearly a very busy night and there was a wait but the staff we dealt with remained patient, kind and professional throughout. Once we were seen everything was explained clearly and we felt like we were in good hands. Emergency departments have an incredibly tough job and I really appreciated the care we received. Thank you to everyone working that night.
