I received excellent service from all of the Prince of Wales A&E staff today, thank you 🙏
Presented with a heart rate in the 120s. Bloods were taken multiple times, seemingly one test at a time with long gaps, which dragged the visit out unnecessarily. Waited 5+ hours and was discharged still around 110s, with no medication or clear explanation - just told to “see your GP.”
Terrible was here last night and one of the nurses were so Rude, like I get its tough for them sometimes but this was overboard rude!! Just wish I got her name to make a complaint.
