Worst experience ever . No doctors , no idea why it’s called an emergency department Waited for more than 12 hrs with just 10 patients ahead , very poor service
Information desk is very helpful. But the layout of the hospital is awfully confusing.
I went to the Emergency Department at Prince of Wales Hospital yesterday with a suspected broken ankle, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From reception to triage, the doctor, X-ray staff, nurse, and physio everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. They made a stressful situation much easier and kept me reassured the whole time. We’re really lucky to have such caring and capable medical staff. Thank you all for looking after me so well.
Fantastic service and very professional. All the nurses and doctors were friendly, comforting and competent. Especially the team in the fast track staff station. The rooms are well maintained and very peaceful. Would 100% recommend
