These guys are amazing! Placed my order at 9.45am. Got the mattress delivered at 2pm on the same day! Great communication and prompt service. Had an issue with the website so just placed my order via call/SMS. And they gave me a great deal. Thanks so much Lawrence!
The old Chinese man who work in this area increase the price suddenly when i come back to him, he thought that he the only one and i am in urgent to buy the mattress. Very rude behaviour and money hungers.
Customer Service is very bad. Went there to buy 4 mattresses. The older man wouldn’t even budge couple of dollars ! Only showed me two options in the show room which wasn’t very appealing ! I did my best to enjoy my experience and listening to the man but he wasn’t convincing into making a sale at all . It was a negative experience from the beginning. They need to work on their deals and packages as well, maybe they will get more sales
Bad customer service, they show you something and give you something else. I seen one queen mattress upstairs in ur showroom , I liked it, I also have one in my mind with double side pillow top so the gentleman said it’s exactly the same firmness just with 2 sides pillow top, so when I ask can I see that model, they said it’s not on display but it’s same the one you just seen but just double side pillow top. I bought it and used it for a day it’s felt am sleeping on brick , it’s was way too hard than what I seen in showroom ... read more
非常粗鲁，前几天去看床垫，一个大概60岁左右的大叔接待的，沟通过程非常的粗鲁，举止不雅，穿拖鞋上班，还一副瞧不起人的样子，希望大家绕行，这种待客之道真是最离谱的一次了。
