Dr. Prince was extremely nice, very friendly and explained what my X-rays showed. He answered all of my questions and made me feel heard and wee cared for. Their office got me in immediately- everyone was extremely nice - very personable and friendly- just make a note they do not take tap pay - bring a physical card. Also there is a medical supply right in their offices (downstairs). So easy! One stop shop!!
Dr.Prince did a knee replacement on my left knee last March, and my right knee in 2025. He did an excellent job on both knees. He's caring and compassionate. He called to check my progress and left his number if I had any problems. His nurse and the rest of the staff are wonderful.

Dr. Matthew Prince performed a full knee replacement on myself approximately 7 months ago. After hearing horror stories about people’s knee replacement done by other doctors, I was extremely anxious about choosing a doctor. You are always cheerfully welcomed when you arrive in the office waiting room and when you are taken in for your appointment. X-rays are taken quickly so Dr Prince can quickly share the results with you! He always asks if you have any concerns and/or questions to ask. His eye contact to you makes you feel that he is really listening and giving you his full attention. Dr Prince always goes over any recommendations and when you should return. I have always leave feeling well informed and pleased.
