I purchased a hydraulic cylinder from Baum Hydralics with Prince being the manufacturer, and warehouse it shipped from. Cylinder came in damaged and they denied the damage claim. Poor customer service. I’d like to see the owner reply and explain.
Had a problem finding a replacement pump for a rare configuration, Gary in parts went out of his way to give me all the options i had, including educating me a little about what pumps would be similar. It’s extremely hard to find someone who is willing to go a little bit farther just to present you with all the options, with a good attitude to boot. Keep up the great work
