Wonderful After ten years of service, my old oil steam boiler finally failed. Keyspan was offering a free boiler at the time so I decided to convert. This company was recomended by a friend of mine so I decided to give it a try. The plumber came to my basement for a free estimate. It was fast and they said they can start working as soon as possible. I got it done in 3 days. They removed the old boiler and the old tank. It was fast and clean. a good selection of lumber but geared for the construction worker a good selection of lumber but it is geared for real construction workers. They will cetainly help you with whatever you need, but don't expect the chain store feel. This is a REAL lumber store in Manhattan, a rarity. I hope you decide to support this local independent store.
