I'm contemplating taking Fred to small claims court. I have to look up the statute of limitations regardless don't waste your time for this is a terrible joke of a company.

Do yourself a favor and just pass on Prince Lawn care. I first hired them in 2017 when I needed my lawn mowed/trimmed. Very few weeks went by when the owner (Fred Prince) did not complain about something - lawn's too wet, can't find a place to park, gate door is hard to open, etc. Quite often while complaining, I would get hit up for addition services such as fertilizer or aeration.
