I took my watch here to get resized. It was not purchased here. Link removal was affordable and I would come back if I need something else sized. I had a great experience the lady was very attentive and nice.

Cheap gold and they over charge. I bought a gold chain and it broke within the first two weeks of me having it. They charge $25 to repair, which is over priced IMO. Paid to fix it and it broke again in the same spot within a couple days. I’m extremely delicate with my jewelry so no, it wasn’t due to carelessness🤷‍♀️

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I was scammed and they took advantage of my lack of knowledge with Gold and jewelry. They are just out or your money and do not care about their customers. Was told I was getting a solid gold chain, I took the chain to a real jeweler and turns out the chain is HOLLOW. When I went to go back and tell them they scammed me they wouldn’t do anything about it, “oh well”. Absolutely ridiculous. What ever you do don’t buy from them! Go elsewhere, they WILL scam you.
