If I could rate separately, I’d give the professors a solid 5 stars — they’re great. But the 1 star is entirely for the faculty and administrative staff. They almost never answer the phone, and on the rare occasion they do (maybe 1 out of 10 times), they’re completely unhelpful. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over two months, and all I’ve gotten is the runaround. They told me I’d have it by a specific date, but that’s come and gone.
