As a student trying to get my life back on track, I expected at least a basic level of support and transparency from this institution—but PGCC has repeatedly failed to provide that. I’ve submitted multiple appeals regarding my financial aid and still haven’t received proper updates or resolution. Do not support or have your family go to this school. Anything that happens or occurs will go unnoticed, not proper cameras around the premises. And never answering calls to assist. The entire college campus police needs to be fired, especially the worthlesss , no integrity having officer named stockton, as well as incompetent, useless chief of police Barbara smith. They will do unjust acts and then throw things under the rug. but nothing can never be hidden. it will always hit you right back where you left it

Phones never answered, graduation rate always low. Staff is lazy, and campus police is a joke. Going to a different community college in arundel 😄😁

PGCCC has satellite locations. I called on behalf of a family member twice to find out which courses are being offered at their Hyattsville location, was transferred and retransferred until I ended up speaking to the person who I spoke with first. I never got the information. Just assuming that this community college is like the rest of the county, the school system, the animal shelter, the county council, the state and federal elected representatives, whichever county institutions you deal with, they are disorganized, many ... read more
