This campus looks and feels so dead omg I’m scared to go to this school. No warmth at all. I didn’t feel like I was entering a college campus it felt more like a Medicaid social security government office. The people that work here have no knowledge of nothing at all what so ever. They aren’t able to support any of the questions you have. They rely on the internet and links to give you information. If I could rate separately, I’d give the professors a solid 5 stars — they’re great. But the 1 star is entirely for the faculty and administrative staff. They almost never answer the phone, and on the rare occasion they do (maybe 1 out of 10 times), they’re completely unhelpful. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over two months, and all I’ve gotten is the runaround. They told me I’d have it by a specific date, but that’s come and gone.
