To start I have always had an excellent service from the vets at PG Vet in the past. Been going there for many years with my fur family. However I had a maddening experience on the phone with the front desk when I requested to cancel an appointment that I had just made 30-40 minutes prior which was early in the morning with the appointment being 3 hrs later.
