Avoid this place if you can, very poorly run, is worse than going to emerg. Not sure what the point of calling this a walk in clinic, it's not busy at all but still waiting for 2hours to even get to see a nurse for triage
Never answers phone. H ow am I supposed to change my appointment if nobody answers the damn phone. It's okay we'll just waste both of our times.
Was there a few days ago. Did have a long wait, because I wanted to see my own doctor...and he was there. Everything run very efficiently. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Gave me a few supplies to dress my wound at home for a few days. Very impressed. Thank you to all the staff.
Front and back dont know.how to communicate so correct info gets given to patients was told there was 30 spots to see a doctor me being spot 19 then wait for a hour and half to then be told there are no doctor slots left and it was 30 to see a nurse wasted time emerg does nothing so try again tom be less then first 19 people to be seen
Misdiagnosed and given wrong type of Antibiotics which worsened symptoms
