Basically was told 50,000 people didnt have doctors and I had no reason to be there because I had one I was born and raised here … didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to attend a walk in also the nurses think they know a thing or two about complex cases I feel like we live in a time where doctors are learning and training and misdiagnosing people or feel like some people have had enough work up because they don’t want to listen or to be told to advocate for them selves ,go to Vancouver and it’s Not made out to be a privilege to see... read more

I was experiencing consistent symptoms, and could not see my doctor for another 10 days. I was worried I was too sick to wait, but didnt know if I was sick enough for the ER. I was very clear to the nurse about my symptoms. The nurse was not only condescending, but told me I wasn't sick enough to even see a doctor. I had to leave without speaking to a physician. I ended up in the ER 3 days later with a 4cm infection in my lung after my sickness continued to become consistently worse. The doctor in the ER was very disappointe... read more

Perhaps the nurse there could use some sensitivity training regarding Canadian economy and affordability in addition to her 4 year Bsc plus additional education before suggesting to buy the expensive mattress for muscle pain. Waste of taxpayer money
