The staff here were absolutely incredible to my father and my family the whole time my father was in the hospice. They are very kind and compassionate people who are definitely in the right careers. I have nothing negative to say about all of the staff

This team went above and beyond and were the angels that cared and supported my beloved husband Paul, as well as our entire family. Both at the Hospice House where he spent 2 weeks of respite while I was away at VGH for surgery, and the 2 months of Home Hospice that enabled him to be at home with our family and to pass peacefully. I cannot begin to thank them for honoring his final wish and for all their support they gave us.

Great programs available. Horrible inaccessible parking, especially for larger vehicles, which dominates the north. Staff don't care and make excuses for people parked in NO PARKING zones blocking off accessing programs. Will not be going back until parking is addressed. Looking for recommendations on more accessible programming.

My mother was admitted into this Hospice under pain management. Her circumstances changed and we were here for 14 days. During this time I witnessed the LACK of staff - LACK of training and LACK of compassion that this PLATINUM level CHARITY offers. They have my number and all of my contact information. All I have been sent is a bill for HORRIBLE services. (the bill has also been charged to MY personal credit card. I wish this to be resolved.
