In May 2025, they performed a major transmission overhaul on a 2019 Expedition. Less than a year later, the unit failed internally. A secondary diagnostic by a Master Tech at another Ford dealership revealed the 'Smoking Gun': The strategy sticker on the transmission case does not match the programmed strategy in the computer.
