We recently bought s new vehicle at ford and it was wonderful service, some things did take a little more time then we expected, but all the extra stuff they did for us was above and beyond our expectations ! Thank you Eric!
If I could give a negative, I would. Not sure what kind of garbage business they are running here. My son brought his almost brand new vehicle in for an oil change and it didn't even make a day and it bricked on him on the way to work. He checked the oil and it looked not like any oil he had ever seen. Its since been parked at his workplace for over a week and nobody in Ford has cared enough to help him out.
