Very disappointing experience at the YMCA Meadow location. Satine and the other staff members insisted I had already used all five of my guest passes, even though this was only my second visit. They refused to listen or verify the information and treated me disrespectfully. Very poor customer service.

changed rec room hours from 8:30am open to 2:45 PM open for kids. changed the hours but not the membership pricing. I’m out. Y has gone downhill for a long time anyways.
Great facility with lots of equipment and plenty of options for workouts. The child care staff are wonderful and do an excellent job looking after our little ones while we exercise. It's made it so much easier to stay active as parents. Highly recommend!
