I contacted this company because my washing machine wasn’t draining. Instead of addressing that, the technician went ahead and did unauthorized sewer line work without informing me or asking for approval. I was then presented with a $472 bill for work I never requested. When I asked for clarification, I was told they don’t repair washing machines at all. Very unprofessional and misleading. If you’re looking for appliance repair, be warned — this is not the service you’ll get. I cannot recommend them.
I had an emergency that I needed someone to look at right away and Marty made some calls and got it fixed right away! Very professional, very kind, id give 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Thanks Marty!
