This department is the absolute worst Health Department I have ever experienced. I was over charged for a SAP after I told the supervisor Alice that it was not needed. She intentionally held my addition permit paperwork up until I paid the SAP fee that was not needed. I had to contact Alice supervisor Mr. Thomas to get it resolved and the fee returned. However the Prince George Health Department still has not returned my fee and every time I have went to the Health Department office the personnel in that office has used excu... read more
They are understaffed and overworked but always seem to work hard to get things done as quickas possible.
