Spend 3 weeks, after 5 calls finally told me, needed part is rusted from 3 y.o vehicle. Lack of management and basic service, almost every time other person picking up phone and I need to explain everything again, and every time no body know anything about my request.
I recently purchased a door for my 2004 ford explorer from these guys. Good price, he got it shipped right away, and the packing job was top notch. Door arrived in the same shape he shipped it. Very impressed.
