Dealership sells maintenance packages which you will never use. When the dealership sold me my package, it was supposed to cover DEF for my diesel. I thought that was ridiculous, but I bought the package. When I brought the vehicle in, suddenly they don’t cover DEF. The person who sells the maintenance packages is never available to take calls. Service center is HORRIBLE! Charge you after you decline service! NEVER USE THIS PLACE! Horrible prices ! Told them the problem then charged me for them finding out what I said was true! Do not use so Many other places!
